In 1984, Billie Redmond started the Company to serve the commercial clients of Howard Perry & Walston, now a Coldwell Banker affiliate. She continues to manage the corporate relationships with her original clients such as Howard Perry & Walston, Centrex Properties and Plaza Associates.
Billie is active in community and non-profit organizations including the Board of Directors of WakeMed Health & Hospitals, Paragon Commercial Bank, Raleigh Area Development Authority, Carolina Hurricanes Kids’n Community Foundation, Triangle Community Foundation and serves as the Co-Chair of the Citizens Advisory Committee. She is a past Chair of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, is an inductee in the YWCA Academy of Women, was named A Women Extraordinaire, and was named Tar Heel of the Week by the News & Observer. Billie was named 2006 Realtor of the Year by TCAR.
