Ross Diachenko

Retail Services

Ross is a key member of TradeMark Properties’ Retail Services Team, where he focuses on tenant and landlord representation. His keen ability for building relationships with new clients and assisting them with their real estate goals makes him a true asset to TradeMark Properties. Ross specializes in assisting tenant rep clients with site selection in the Triangle and Triad markets, but also throughout North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.

In 2016, Ross completed over 35 transactions with local and national retailers. Some of Ross’ tenant rep clients include Sprint, Giardino’s Gourmet Salad, Tin Roof Restaurant and Bar, among many others.

Ross is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, Retail Brokers Network, Real Professional Network and on the NC-CCIM Programs Committee. He is actively involved at the church Sacred Heart Cathedral Downtown Raleigh and contributed to the charitable organizations, such as The Jimmy V Foundation and Habitat for Humanity.

Originally from Greensboro, Ross received a degree from North Carolina State University in Communications and Business Administration. Prior to transferring to NC State University, he played basketball for Methodist University. Ross enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
