Ed serves as President of Trademark Residential Properties, providing cooperative asset management services to the Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties’ clients and advisors. With over 30 years of experience in the management of multi-family housing, Ed has the proven ability to maximize the potential of the real estate and property personnel including: financial performance, resident satisfaction, property maintenance, acquisition/disposition/development, condominium conversions, employee recruitment/training/retention/engagement, vendor performance and procurement. His experience includes 13 years with a national REIT, Equity Residential Properties, and 17 years of working with owner developer, fee property management companies and individual owners. Ed has managed single family homes, condominiums and multi-family communities from four units to 930 units. Ed is a Certified Property Manager and an active member of both the Triangle Apartment Association and IREM Chapter 105.
