My introduction to TradeMark Properties came a dozen or so years ago when I developed a number of bank prototypes for the then start-up Triangle Bank. TradeMark, in the person of Billie Redmond, was charged with looking after the bank’s interests by and between the contractors during the construction of a number of these. She did not skip a beat! Her attention to detail on-site (which I most often observed) I’m certain mirrored her diligence behind the scenes on Triangle Bank’s behalf. She clearly put the interests of her client at the forefront; an attribute I would. Meanwhile, I have had the good fortune of collaborating with TradeMark’s Exec VP, Jim Harris, on a number of occasions. Please know that it has been a pleasure working with TradeMark personnel and becoming aquatinted with their level of service since they acquired 1001 Military Cutoff Road since July of 2013. Often times when a property is sold, there are concerns about the responsiveness of the Property Management Team. The Seaboard Station Board of Directors then hired TradeMark Properties to manage the property. There was apprehension by the tenants and neighbors about the transition, but everyone was relieved when it was announced that Billie Redmond and her staff would be managing the property. Their reputation preceded them, and folks have not been disappointed! I want to rave about Sandra Simpson, a Trademark broker, who so far exceeded my expectations that I need to share my experience. My husband and I had had our office space listed with several agents over the span of 3 1/2 years time with maybe a total of 8-10 showings and none leading to any interest or offers. Within the first six months of listing with Sandra it was clear that she was completely committed to getting our office space sold. She is the most positive, enthusiastic, hard-working, knowledgeable, communicative and caring person. She knows her market and is willing to go the extra mile for her clients. She is the only broker that we worked with who kept in touch with us and let us know weekly and sometimes daily what was transpiring with our listing. She is fun and very professional at the same time. I can’t say enough glowing things about her and she was a complete pleasure to work with from the first day until the day we closed on the sale of the office. If I had to grade her on a scale of 1 to 10 she would definitely be a 15.
Over the past year and a half, my wife and I worked with the capable and imaginative team of Sandra Simpson and Jonathan Bassi, which led to the successful procurement of land on which to build a very non-conventional house and art studio. We were probably difficult clients because we were looking for unusual land and an unusual “deal” on which to do an unusual project.
