Bio
As President of TradeMark Properties, Amy Carroll leads the firm’s strategic direction and ensures that every client receives best-in-class service. With a deep-rooted passion for real estate, Amy’s career began long before she officially entered the industry—growing up in a family-owned real estate and construction business, she developed an innate understanding of the field from an early age.
Amy’s experience spans residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate, giving her a well-rounded and unique perspective. Before joining TradeMark, her experience includes roles at CBRE, Avison Young, and Capital Associates, managing office, retail, industrial and flex properties throughout the Triangle area for a range of institutional and local owners.
A dynamic leader, Amy is known for her strategic mindset, execution-driven approach, and commitment to fostering strong relationships within the industry and the community. She is actively involved in numerous professional and philanthropic organizations, including BOMA Raleigh-Durham, Triangle CREW, the Raleigh Chamber, and Band Together.
Amy holds a double major from UNC-Chapel Hill and an MBA from Meredith College. She has been recognized with multiple industry honors, including TBJ’s 40 Under 40, TBJ's Women in Business, and Globe St. Women of Influence in Corporate Real Estate. And while she has built her career in commercial real estate, she’s also proud of an early accomplishment—being named Grady Brown Elementary School Spelling Bee Champion in 1991.
When she’s not leading TradeMark, Amy enjoys giving back to the community, mentoring young professionals, and continuously learning—always looking for new ways to innovate and elevate the industry.
