Shelley Bhatia, a valued member of TradeMark Properties, brings a wealth of experience to the real estate industry with over 17 years of expertise as a seasoned real estate developer, primarily focusing on self-storage. Her professional forte revolves around commercial leasing and investment sales, where she partners with owners and principals to acquire income-generating assets.

Shelley's remarkable achievements have earned her the prestigious CoStar Power Broker Award on five distinct occasions, starting with her first award in 2021 and, most recently in Q2 of 2023 for her outstanding contributions to the Fayetteville market.

Currently, Shelley is an active member of TCREW (Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women) and serves on the DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Task Force. She earned her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Pin in 2022 and is actively engaged on the CCIM North Carolina Board.

Before joining TradeMark, Shelley played a pivotal role in developing and constructing commercial real estate investments worth over $30 million. She was also involved in the acquisition of over $8 million in real estate investments and played a key role in negotiating and selling assets amounting to $38 million.

Originally hailing from North Carolina, Shelley holds a degree in Psychology and Pre-Med from North Carolina State University. Outside of her busy real estate career, she enjoys Bollywood and Bhangra dancing, reading, practicing karate, exploring new destinations through travel, and cherishing moments with her friends and family.
