Tina Cain is the Director of Property Management for TradeMark Properties. Tina oversees the property management team, maintenance technicians and new business pursuits for the department. With more than 15 years in commercial real estate and experience with institutional and national clients, Tina’s knowledge and experience provides clients with accurate information about their property operations, accounting, reporting and exceptional customer service.

Her vast experience with the different nuances of managing office, retail, and industrial portfolios gives her a notable advantage to develop the best strategies for tenant retention, reduce operating expenses, and increase NOI for her clients. She has successfully coordinated the execution of multiple build-outs and upgrades for high-value properties and provided insight through the Due Diligence process for acquisitions and dispositions.

Tina is passionate about property management and loves being a coach and mentor for others in the industry. Tina is known for her commitment to providing excellent customer service, a proactive approach and attention to detail.

Prior to TradeMark, Tina worked at Colliers International and CBRE|Raleigh. She has represented sole proprietors, TICs, and REITs, overseeing all aspects of retail, office, medical and warehouse properties within a constantly changing portfolio of over 1 million square feet.

Tina graduated from the University of Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and German. She also received her Associates of Arts from the University of Maryland with a concentration in business.
