TradeMark Properties Announces Executive Leadership Changes
RALEIGH, N.C., Dec. 17, 2018 – TradeMark Properties announced that Jim Harris, current executive vice president, will assume the role of CEO and Amy E. Carroll, current vice president will assume the role of president effective December 13, 2018. Billie Redmond, the company’s founder and current president and CEO will remain involved as chairman of the board to assist in business development, client services and provide executive mentorship. In their new roles, Harris and Carroll will work to ensure continued strategic growth for the company that supports both clients and employees.
As CEO, Harris will provide strategic guidance and direction for the company’s overall growth strategy.
His more than 15 years of real estate experience has been focused on market and business development strategies for both TradeMark Properties and TradeMark Residential.
Carroll has more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, most recently leading the TradeMark Properties’ property management team and new business development. Her ability to understand all aspects of a real estate allows her to seamlessly collaborate across all departments. In her expanded role as president, she will oversee day-to-day operations for all aspects of the firm, while continuing to lead the property management department.

Harris will remain in his current role as CEO of TradeMark Residential. While Harris will be CEO of both companies, TradeMark Properties and TradeMark Residential will continue to operate as separate entities.
