TradeMark Properties’ Dan McCloy Aids West Coast Investor in Raleigh Acquisition

The investor purchased a pair of industrial properties in Raleigh and Cary. The Raleigh property is a 52,800 square foot flex warehouse. The Cary building features 7,008 square feet of flex space. This deal is part of a trend of increased investment in the Triangle market from out-of-state buyers.
