Senior Vice President

Brian Grabowski joins TradeMark Properties as a Senior Vice President focusing in retail leasing and tenant representation.  With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Brian combines his vast knowledge of the tenant representation and market expertise to represent some of the most active retailers in the region.

Calling on a strong background in development and finance, Brian is able to determine sites and retailers that are not only desirable but deliverable for his clients. Assignments typically include the tasks of assisting the client with geographic market strategy, identifying target sites, conducting market tours, final site selection, and negotiating Letters of Intent. Some clients require our significant involvement in the lease negotiation and tenant improvement processes.

Prior to joining TradeMark, Brian was the owner of Retail Rep, a premier independent retail firm in the Triangle area of North Carolina. The firm also represented shopping centers for Landlords representing over 1,000,000 SF of space and represented such retailers as Krispy Kreme, Captain D’s, Handee Hugo’s, Papa Murphy’s Pizza, Pet Supplies Plus, Mattress Firm, Sprint, and Century Link.

Brian received his Bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama in 1981 with a major in corporate finance and a minor in advertising. He received his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1983, concentrating in real estate.
