Jim Harris

Chief Executive Officer, Principal

Jim Harris joined TradeMark Properties after working in the Triangle for a local real estate developer and brokerage firm. Jim serves as the CEO and is tasked with creating new business opportunities here and outside of the Triangle.

He is responsible for adding or strengthening service platforms as well as geographical expansion. As a broker, his focus lies in office leasing. Some of his past and current clients include Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston, Stewart Engineering, M*Modal and UNC Healthcare.

Jim‘s community involvement includes the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, Planning Committee for Wake Education Partnership, Board member for American Red Cross, as well as past board positions for the Tammy Lynn Center for Disabilities, City of Raleigh Appearance Commission and Development Committee for Make-A-Wish Foundation of NC.

Jim is a native of Raleigh and graduate from UNC Chapel Hill. He is an active member of his church, enjoys all sports and above all spending time with his family.
