Jonathan joined the TradeMark Properties’ brokerage team after working with local real estate developers and brokerage firms for over 10 years.  He has an extensive financial background with diverse experience in capital markets and investment properties.

Jonathan has teamed in well over 350 acres and $300 Million in real estate development. Expanding his expertise at Trademark, clients have come to depend on Jonathan for site feasibility and detailed analysis in the disposition and acquisition of raw land and investment assets.

Capitalizing on his education, Jonathan graduated Cum Laude in Finance from NC State University and worked analyzing multi-family properties during his tenure. Jonathan grew up in Wake County and has lived in Apex and Cary for over 20 years.  With his knowledge of these sought after locations, Jonathan has quickly mastered an understanding of the area and can provide his clients with a multifaceted understanding of commercial real estate.

With a results-driven mindset, investors know they can depend on Jonathan for high-level reports and analysis.  Jonathan also provides his clients with quick and accurate evaluations of the quickly growing Raleigh market.  Jonathan offers a unique and diverse client interface, with a wide range of capabilities including strategic planning, financial analysis, site feasibility, and the acquisition and disposition of investment properties.

A current resident of Apex, NC, Jonathan is rooted in the community. He enjoys coaching middle school basketball and actively engaging with local governments. Jonathan enjoys playing racket sports, golf, basketball and spending time with family and friends.
