Michael was born and raised in the Raleigh area and has over twenty years of experience in the Triangle real estate industry in sales, construction, and project management. Michael has a degree in Civil Engineering and has been a Construction Management Consultant having served in various capacities including land development, acquisition, sales, and construction.

Michael brings extensive experience to our land acquisition services based on his engineering/construction background and knowledge of the local governments. His expertise focuses on transitional agriculture land with commercial development potential, single family/multifamily subdivisions, and industrial/professional office
properties.

Michael is a licensed Real Estate Broker, General Contractor, Utility Contractor, Home Inspector, and Wetland Specialist.

He resides in Holly Springs with his wife Kelly and two sons. Michael serves as a deacon in his church and also serves in the middle school ministry. He spends his spare time coaching varsity baseball, camping, and traveling.
