Sandra Simpson has significant Downtown Raleigh experience.  She represents multiple clients searching for urban properties.  Sandra also has listed and sold both 714 Peace Street and 710 West Johnson Street for various owners.  Sandra is actively involved in multiple transactions and has a vast network in the downtown community.

Sandra brings a depth of professional experience and qualifications including finance and strategic planning to TradeMark Properties. As a CPA and mediator, Sandra evaluates and provides detailed analysis for real estate opportunities and targeted solutions that are inline with her clients’ specific real estate goals.

When selecting the right properties for clients, her experience as a strategic planner and CPA benefits each client’s short and long-term investment goals.

Sandra brings to the negotiation table her training as a Superior Court Mediator, Sandra can properly direct clients in growing their business by providing smart, sustainable real estate solutions.

Sandra Simpson is a native of North Carolina and a graduate of NCSU.  She has worked for three of top ten largest companies in North Carolina. She is the past marketing and development chair for USGBC NC (United States Building Council of North Carolina). She serves on several committees at Urban Ministries and attends White Memorial Presbyterian Church.
