Sandra Simpson has significant Downtown Raleigh experience.  She represents multiple clients searching for urban properties.  Sandra also has listed and sold both 714 Peace Street and 710 West Johnson Street for various owners.  Sandra is actively involved in multiple transactions and has a vast network in the downtown community.

Sandra brings a depth of professional experience and qualifications including finance and strategic planning to TradeMark Properties.
