Rachel Page joined TradeMark Properties as an Assistant Property Manager. She is responsible for day-to-day communication with the tenants and maintenance staff, as well as coordinating projects with vendors. Rachel’s five years of property management experience, attention to detail and her ability to effectively communicate make her a strong addition to the property management team.

Prior to joining TradeMark, she worked at Trinity Partners, where she assisted property managers and the Director of Property Management for their portfolio of over one million square feet.

Rachel received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing from UNC Greensboro. Rachel enjoys spending time at the beach, her happy place with her two kids, Carter, 15 years old, and Lynley, 13 years old.
