Vijay Shah, CCIM and Shelley Bhatia Score an Epic Deal in Fayetteville

Epic Fun Park to Occupy Anchor Tenant Space at All American Crossings Shopping Center

TradeMark Properties Facilitates Lease of Property

A new family amusement park will soon be occupying the anchor space at All American Crossings shopping center in Fayetteville. The 41,396 square foot space where Epic Fun Park will be located is at 1400 Walter Reed Road. It was previously home to Omni Health & Fitness. TradeMark Properties Senior Vice President Vijay K. Shah and Vice President Shelley Bhatia represented the owner of the property, Fayetteville Walter Reed LLC, in leasing the space.

“The owners of this large anchor space wanted to make sure that it was occupied by a business that would be a good fit for the shopping center and an asset to the entire Fayetteville community,” said Bhatia. “We think we’ve found a great match in Epic Fun Park as they bring a unique concept to the area by combining several favorite family amusement activities under one roof.”

Epic Fun Park is expected to open this summer and will hire 50-60 people.

Fayetteville Walter Reed LLC also owns 4,000 square feet of available space that is adjacent to where Epic Fun Park will be. The company is looking forward to finding a tenant for that space that will complement the fun park and add to the vibrancy of the area overall.
