As President of TradeMark Properties, Amy leads the company’s mission to help our clients realize their real estate goals. This is achieved by a strong focus on our core values: commitment to excellence, character, community, capability, and creativity. With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience in Raleigh and real estate experience in other sectors prior to, Amy oversees TradeMark’s short and long-term goals and executes on all annual plans and strategies. She is responsible for ensuring all departments and employees meet company standards and exceed client expectations. Amy also provides oversight to the company financial budgeting and reporting and ensures all company resources are allocated properly.
Amy began her real estate career in multi-family and residential before transitioning to commercial, giving her a unique perspective and well-rounded approach to management. Before joining TradeMark, she worked for CBRE, Avison Young and Capital Associates, managing Class A office, retail, and flex properties throughout the Triangle area.
Amy is respected among her peers in commercial real estate and involved in industry organizations. Currently, she serves as the President of BOMA Raleigh-Durham and the Treasurer of the American Friends of Chateau De Compiegne local and national boards. She is a member of Triangle CREW, IREM, Broads, among other professional networking groups. Amy is actively involved in local fundraising most recently focused on the Frankie Lemmon School, Produce Project, Me Fine Foundation, Dress for Success, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and Wake SPCA.
