Mike was born and raised in the Raleigh area and has over 25 years of experience in the Triangle real estate industry in sales, construction, and project management. Miike has a degree in Civil Engineering and has been a Construction Management Consultant, serving in various capacities, including land development, acquisition, sales, and construction.

Mike brings extensive experience to our land acquisition services based on his engineering/construction background and knowledge of the local governments. His expertise focuses on transitional agriculture uses, land assemblages, green energy projects, commercial/industrial site selections, and single and multifamily developments.

Mike is a licensed Real Estate Broker, General Contractor, Utility Contractor, Home Inspector, and Wetland Specialist.

He resides in Holly Springs with his wife, Kelly, and two sons. Michael serves as a deacon in his church and enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, biking, hiking, golfing, and anything involving his family.
