Chip started with TradeMark Properties as a Marketing Research Analyst in 2024. Chip is responsible for assisting the brokerage team with data collection, market intelligence, and enhancing the TradeMark brand.

Prior to joining TradeMark Properties, Chip worked at a cybersecurity company on the Federal Business Development team. Chip received his Bachelor's degree from North Carolina State University with a major in Business Administration concentrating in Entrepreneurship.

In his spare time, Chip enjoys skiing, music, and spending time with his cat, Edgar.
